TaxRatesHub provides online tax calculation tools and tax rate reference data for educational and informational purposes. Our calculators produce estimates based on publicly available tax rate data. TaxRatesHub is not a tax preparation service, tax advisor, or CPA. The results provided are estimates only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

3. User Accounts and Plans

Users may create accounts with the following plan tiers:

  • Free Plan — Limited calculations per day with ads displayed. No guarantee of availability.
  • Pro Plan — Paid subscription with unlimited calculations, ad-free experience, and additional features.
  • Business Plan — Paid subscription with API access, multi-user support, and priority support.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others (except under the Business plan's multi-user feature).

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our site without permission
  • Interfere with the operation of our services or bypass rate limits
  • Misrepresent your identity or plan tier
  • Use our data to compete with TaxRatesHub

6. Limitation of Liability

TaxRatesHub and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
